Danielle is accountable for leading and scaling design and experience across Mechanism and Mechanism's portfolio companies. Her particular expertise is in designing product and website MVPs and creating a culture of design from the ground up.
Prior to Mechanism, she led the design vertical at a hypergrowth staffing company and previously cofounded her own company in the EdTech space. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of New England. She is an avid photographer and loves spending time raising her two daughters.
