Kara is part of our VA Team, where she executes various workstreams across Customer Support, Order Fulfillment, Sourcing, Recruitment, and Lead Generation for Mechanism's portfolio companies. Prior to Mechanism, she worked as an Operations Program Manager for Acquire BPO, an Australian Telco for over 10 years.
Kara holds a degree in Psychology, and she enjoys spending time with her family and rescuing stray animals.
