Minh-Minh is the Director of Compliance at Mechanism. She is responsible for the management and continued development of compliance-related initiatives for Mechanism and its broad range of portfolio companies.
Minh-Minh brings over seven years of startup experience in Compliance and Operations across a variety of regulated industries, including healthcare, biotech, consumer finance, and real estate. She specializes in building business programs that enable growth in an effective, compliant manner.
Outside of work, Minh-Minh loves to spend her free time seeing live shows, reading, listening to podcasts, indoor cycling, and training her newly rescued puppy, Rocky.
