At tap|QA, he joined as employee #3 and rose to Head of Delivery and Principal Architect, helping scale the firm to 250+ consultants while leading 50+ engagements and managing over 200 people.
At PinkLion, he co-founded an AI developer-tools company as CTO, building ML products for engineering teams at Uber, Epic Games, Google Play, Microsoft Xbox, and more before the company was acquired.
At RedRex, he co-founded and led as CEO a blockchain-powered loyalty platform, backed by gener8tor, a top-five U.S. accelerator, raising $2M, building and leading a global team and taking the product to 100K+ users.
At Mechanism, Andrew leads AI across the studio and its portfolio, building the systems, automation, and product engineering that let a company launch at the press of a button and then run itself with a fraction of the usual overhead.
