At 16, he began studying chemical engineering at Princeton University, driven by a passion for constructing systems to solve complex problems. In his senior year, he applied this chemical engineering mindset to entrepreneurship when he cofounded Toptal. Obsessed with first principles and systems thinking, he engineered Toptal into a software engineering company that grew to generate hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue.
