Chris co-founded AdvisoryCloud, a global platform where companies find and hire executives for advisory and board work. Over 14 years as Chief Marketing Officer and EVP of Sales, he helped grow the business from concept to market leader and more than $30M in ARR, leading a team of over 150 people across marketing, sales, product, and operations. Along the way, the company was named one of the fastest-growing private companies in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times and landed on the Inc. 5000.
Earlier in his career, Chris was COO of ExecSense, where he helped grow the business from concept to the leading eLearning platform for C-suite executives and managed its acquisition by Pearson and the Financial Times in 2013. He also advises early-stage AI companies including RipeMetrics and DeepXL.
At Mechanism, Chris leads JobTest, bringing his experience building repeatable growth engines and high-performing teams to help people find careers that fit who they are.
Chris studied Music and Film & Media Studies at Colgate University. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music and mountain biking.
