Prior to co-founding Bold.org, Dror was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Mechanism Ventures and the VP of Operations at Toptal, leading globally distributed teams across a wide range of domains. His background combines technical, operational, and growth expertise.Dror graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a B.S.E. in Chemical and Biological Engineering and minors in Computer Science and Bioengineering. He was co-winner of the Richard K. Toner Thermodynamics Prize and president of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honors Society.Outside of work, Dror enjoys hiking, skiing, and traveling with his family.
