Prior to joining Mechanism Ventures, Isabel founded and led Nia Pet Health, a digital pet health company focused on providing at-home care for pets with chronic conditions. She also previously worked as a Marketing Manager at Wayfair, where she oversaw full-funnel marketing for a $400 million e-commerce brand. Isabel utilizes both her founder and e-commerce experiences to partner with teams and take businesses from idea to 7-figures and beyond in revenue.
Outside of work, Isabel enjoys spending time with her dog at dog parks and local bookstores.She is a graduate of MIT, where she earned a degree in Chemical Engineering.
