Jack joined Pettable as its third employee in 2022, building and scaling its paid media program before standing up the full growth engine: hiring the team, launching channels, and building the experimentation infrastructure. As Interim Co-CEO for more than a year, he owned the P&L, led board meetings, rebuilt the engineering team, and led the acquisition and integration of ADHD Advisor.
As VP of Growth at Receptive, the owner and operator of Pettable, ADHD Advisor, and Top Nutrition Coaching, he helped grow the portfolio to more than $50M in ARR and daily appointments from 150 to over 1,000. He led the turnaround of ADHD Advisor from a year of losses to cash-flow positive within months, scaling it from $2M to $20M in ARR, and then led the turnaround of Top Nutrition Coaching.
At Mechanism, Jack leads HeySunday, applying the same zero-to-scale playbook of efficient acquisition, stronger retention, and disciplined unit economics.
