Michaella is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from theUniversity of the Philippines where she developed herself to be a well-rounded individual through a wide scope of organizational work. Prior to joining Mechanism, she gained experience in managing manufacturing operations for consumer goods.
While still in the beginning of her professional career, she aspires to continue growing her skill set to be adaptable to present-day challenges which she believes is achievable through Mechanism.
