Richard is an Operator in Residence at Mechanism Ventures, specializing in growth-marketing. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and began his career in sales. His knack for sales was highlighted as he emerged the 2021 top seller nationwide for the 4th largest door-to-door sales company in the US. Following this, he served as the CSO at a startup specializing in freeze-dried candy, before officially joining Mechanism Ventures.
At Mechanism Ventures, Richard is focused on collaborating with its team of professionals to drive growth and contribute to the firm's success. Away from work, he enjoys a good game of pickle-ball with his wife and definitely thinks he’s better than he actually is.
